Air Carrier Liability increase as per 28 december 2024.
As a result of the studies carried out by ICAO in April this year, the limit of liability (per kg.) in the Montreal Convention 1999 (MC99) have been reviewed and will be increased from 22 to 26 SDR as per 28 December 2024.
